We want you and your pets to love what you bring home from Fern & Fur! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

General Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

To process a return, please bring:

• The item and original packaging
• Your receipt or the phone number used at checkout
• The original form of payment

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Returns without a receipt may be eligible for store credit.

At this time, Fern & Fur is unable to process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we’re happy to process a return and help you make a new purchase.

Pet Food Satisfaction Policy

Pets can be picky! If your pet doesn’t love a food you purchased from us, bring back the remaining product in its original packaging within 30 days and we’ll help you find a better option.

A refund or store credit may be issued depending on the product and situation.

After 30 Days

Returns requested after 30 days may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale:

• Live plants & plant supplies
• Clearance items
• Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item has a manufacturer defect, please bring it in and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
